• Amazing book. Gets right to the heart of what keeps most people bound, contained, and unhappy. Miki’s voice is raw and straight up, no punches pulled. It’s exactly what’s needed if you’re ready to show up fully.
• Miki provides not one but many perspectives. Why this felt impactful to me .. is because in order to understand the world, one must understand oneself first & foremost. Miki took me through my own journey again, but through with new glasses .. so much of my past now makes sense. So many of my relationships now make sense. What I loved most, however, so how she brings everything back to the centre of the soul so beautifully. I recommend this to every woman, and I recommend it especially if you have daughters. Miki provides powerful tools to set up a young mind to deal with the blows that lie ahead. I'd swop Disrupt her out for any school text book 'how to prepare for LIFE' .. anyday !
