- Great study for the new Christian AND a useful review for more mature. Very nice having both studies combined. Assurance is a very important topic for all of us. And “Growing in Christ†covers a wide variety of practical basic theological topics well. I’m using this book in my mentoring to a young (30s) Christian man. Bought a copy for both of us. Great questions and memory verses and cards included. I’ve been involved in relational evangelism and adult small group leadership for many years and this is one of the absolute best products I’ve ever used. We discuss a lesson during each meeting at a local restaurant over breakfast. Very edifying, educational and encouraging. Biblically based throughout. BTW, I’m Presbyterian with a strong Baptist and seminary background. Suitable for all Protestant denominations. It will bless you and those you mentor.
- This review is for the quality of the version. The book is great but I wanted an electronic version and it is a badly scanned book that is not readable in a lot parts with no linkable table of contents. Very disappointed in the kindle purchase.
- I got this book to do in a bible study with my family. It is a good book that covers the basics of growing spiritually. Now if we could just arrange everyone's schedules maybe we can actually find time to do the bible study.
- I love the scripture memory verses and tear out cards. The studies are very well organized and simple enough for a new convert to follow with some guidance from a mentor. They cover the basics of being a Christian and I feel provide a solid foundation for growth. Highly recommend for new believer follow-up.
- This is an excellent Bible study for a person who has recently become a Christian or who hasn't done much Bible study and would like a structured approach to some important principles for living the Christian life. It focuses on what our relationship with God can be like and how we can know him personally as a loving Father. The studies are brief and to the point, and the verses chosen are very relevant. Excellent resource.
