- Nancy Sanra has done it again. Her fast moving style in No Corpse keeps you glued to the book until the very end.Tally McGinnis finally takes a cruise vacation with her Irish lass, Katie. But almost before they leave port, Tally is recruited to help stop a serial killer who is on board. The spotlight in this book, however, is on Tally's partner, Cid Cameron, the hard-hitting, chain-smoking, tough-talking ex-cop. This is the character who comes to life immediately and demands our attention as she evolves from an almost-caricature to a deep, feeling friend deserving of all our empathy. No Corpse is a perfect read for a busy day, and the ending is chilling enough to make us yell, "More,"
- I give this book 5 stars for content but only 1 star for length. I'v read chapters in books longer than this entire "booklet". As for the ending, I must have missed something in the reading because it did not make sense to me. Maybe one has to read the previous books by Ms. Sanra to understand the ending.
